Sapling Spirirts is a brand focused completely on benefiting the environment, planting a tree for every bottle purchased, pushing the sale of refills and buying the best quality grains. I recently shot two very different events on their behalf, firstly at Cocktails in the City, a London based summer cocktail festival and secondly at Eve Bar, a michellin star venue.
